This policy explains what personal information 1StopFinds collects when you buy from us, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

The short version

We collect what we need to send you a product and answer your messages. We don't sell your data to anyone. The tile itself contains no electronics capable of collecting anything.

What we collect

• Order information — your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, so we can fulfil and deliver your order.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment gateway. We receive confirmation that payment succeeded and a transaction reference. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
• Correspondence — messages you send us, kept so we can help you and refer back if you write again.
• Newsletter signups — if you give us your email address for updates, we store it for that purpose only.
• Basic website analytics — anonymous information about pages visited, used only to understand what people find useful.

What the product collects

Nothing. The tile contains a passive NFC tag with no battery, no sensors and no connectivity. It cannot see your apps, your usage or your location. Everything the blocking app does happens on your own phone, and none of it reaches us.

Who we share it with

Only the parties required to complete your order: our payment gateway, our courier partner, and our email provider. Each receives only what they need. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained as long as required under Indian tax and accounting law. Correspondence is kept while it's useful for supporting you, and deleted on request. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your choices

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we're not legally required to keep it. Email team@1stopfinds.com and we'll respond within 30 days.

Marketing messages

If you sign up for updates you can opt out any time using the unsubscribe link in any email. Order-related messages are not marketing and will continue to be sent.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website isn't directed at children under 18. Where a product is bought for a child, the order belongs to the purchasing adult.
