We collect what we need to send you a product and answer your messages. We do not sell your data to anyone. The tile itself contains no electronics that can collect anything.

What we collect

• Order information — your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, so we can fulfil and deliver your order.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our payment gateway. We receive a confirmation that payment succeeded and a transaction reference. We never see or store your full card number, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
• Correspondence — messages you send us by email or WhatsApp, kept so we can help you and refer back if you write again.
• Basic website analytics — anonymous information about pages visited, used only to understand what people find useful.

What the product collects

Nothing. The tile contains a passive NFC tag with no battery, no sensors, and no connectivity. It cannot see your apps, your usage, or your location. Everything the blocking app does happens on your own phone.

Who we share it with

Only the parties required to complete your order: our payment gateway, our courier partner, and our email or messaging providers. Each receives only what they need. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for as long as required under Indian tax and accounting law. Correspondence is retained while it remains useful for supporting you, and deleted on request.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email support@1stopfinds.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Marketing messages

If you agree to receive updates from us, you can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by replying STOP to a WhatsApp message. Order-related messages are not marketing and will continue to be sent.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

This website is not directed at children under 18. Where a product is bought for a child, the account and order belong to the purchasing adult.
