These terms govern your use of this website and your purchase of products from 1StopFinds ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us

2. Products

TAC TILE is a physical accessory containing a passive NFC tag. The Pro model additionally contains magnets and a keychain hook. There is no battery and no powered electronics inside.

Product photographs are representative. Because each unit is finished by hand, small variations in surface finish, colour and resin inlay are normal and are not defects. Aurora and Glacier colourways are translucent and their appearance varies with lighting.

3. Third-party software

TAC TILE works alongside independent third-party apps that we neither own, publish nor control, including Foqos. Those apps are provided by their own developers under their own terms and may change, break or be withdrawn at any time. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any such developer, Apple Inc., or Google LLC.

We provide setup instructions in good faith, but we cannot guarantee the continued availability or behaviour of software we do not control.

4. What the product does and does not do

TAC TILE is a focus and digital-wellbeing aid. It adds friction to opening chosen apps. It is not a security product and not a guarantee of supervision.

On iPhone, the blocking app cannot be deleted while a session is active. On Android, it can — so we do not recommend Android for parental-control use. Please buy with that distinction understood.

5. Losing your tile

A focus session stays active until a paired tile or paired unlock card is presented. If you misplace your tile while a session is running, you will need a paired backup to unlock. Every order includes an emergency unlock card for exactly this reason, and we strongly recommend pairing it during setup and storing it safely. We cannot remotely end a session on your device, and we are not able to unlock a phone on your behalf.

6. Orders and pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes. We may change prices and promotional offers at any time; the price shown when you complete payment is the price that applies to your order. Launch pricing and first-50 offers are limited to the stated number of orders.

We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, where a pricing error has occurred, or where we suspect fraud. In such cases you'll be refunded in full.

7. Shipping, returns and refunds

8. Intellectual property

The TAC TILE name, product design, photography and all content on this website belong to 1StopFinds. You may not copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed deadlines, lost work, or any consequence of an app being blocked or failing to block. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Indian consumer law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
