Where we ship

We currently ship across India only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Dispatch time

Every tile is finished by hand after your order is placed, so orders are dispatched within X working days of payment confirmation. During launch periods or high demand this may extend, and we will tell you by email if it does.

Delivery time

Destination	Estimated delivery after dispatch
Metro cities	2-4 working days
Other cities and towns	4-7 working days
Remote and hill areas	7-10 working days

These are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, strikes, public holidays or courier operations are outside our control.

Shipping charges

Shipping is included in the product price for all prepaid orders within India. Cash on delivery, where offered, carries an additional handling charge shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email and WhatsApp. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active on the courier's website.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was wrong or nobody was reachable, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery; re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, take a photo before opening it and email us within 48 hours of delivery. Photos make replacements straightforward.
