Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship across India only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Dispatch time

Every tile is finished by hand after your order is placed, so orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days of payment confirmation. During launch periods or unusually high demand this can extend, and we'll email you if it does.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5 to 8 working days depending on your pin code. We ship with Delhivery and Shiprocket.

These are estimates provided by our courier partners, not guarantees. Delays caused by weather, strikes, public holidays or courier operations are outside our control.

Shipping charges

Delivery is included in the product price for all prepaid orders within India. Where cash on delivery is offered, it carries an additional handling charge shown at checkout.

Tracking

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to become active on the courier's website.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please check your address and phone number carefully at checkout. If a parcel returns to us because the address was wrong or nobody was reachable, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery; re-shipping charges may apply.

Damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening and email us within 48 hours of delivery. Photos make replacements straightforward.
